Great New Companion

It has been a really great week, me and my new companion and getting on super great and he does not want me to get transferred in the future he is having fun and we have a new guy in the flat this is his 4th day out and he is great from NZ his fist language is Mauri. So in the last few days it has been really great, I'm actually super lucky I'm here, Friday Night was so close for me like dying because of this crazy driver, I literally missed this car by an inch, my companion, thought I was about to get hit, It scared him hahaha, he was so scared because it was directly in front of him, just this car speeding so fast and coming out!! After we were just like Ohhhhhh That was way to close!!!!!!! Like It was Intense! But I was so thankful I was being looked out for :) My last companion Elder Naumann had a bike crash where he came off and went through a metal fence and I just jumped off my bike to see if he was ok, I thought i would be laughing but It was the last thing that came to my mind about it being funny, looking back we crack up about it, but at the time...........but he was ok, then A car pulled up next to us and was like 'My son in the book of Mormon Musical'' It was so random haha, then I went over to her car and started talking to them in the window had an awesome chat and then shared about how much joining the church has changed my life :)
So it was super funny the other day as we got picked up by some non member and an inactive we are working with they are our friends and they ended up taking us to the dodgiest looking hotel!!!!! we did not go it, we just waited outside while we saw one guy go through the drawers to get something hahah! Then we went to Mackie D's (McDonalds) It was so suspicious though :P It was so funny! :P some really random things happen!!!
So I got someone else with the hot sauce, I was on trade off with my Zone Leader, he used to be the AP here and we got on super well we are good friends and he is also from Sydney, well I was like I have made you some Brownies, covered one in the hot sauce, said it was like a jelly on top and he ate then I just watched laughing there is a video of him hahaha!!! It's so funny :P
So Lately we keep finding like Inactive members on the street and One of them we found it was a young couple with a young baby and they told us to come back, and we went back and they were not in, but the brother of the couple came out and we have been teaching him a few times since his background in Cook Island, and That has been really great, but for now we have been working with many Less Actives and getting them back to church :) and yesterday night was awesome as we were cycling back and met a few people that could speak Arabic so we spoke to them and one of the guys was from the UK and was from Wales and was fluent in Welsh and we are going to meet up with him in like next week :)
So my Companion is fluent Samoan, and I just love being around PI's Pacific Islanders :) It's so much fun!!! and we have been sharing so many cool Spiritual Thoughts with them.
So It's awesome while knocking doors you never know the kind of people you run into this one guy, really wanted to start his own religion with us called 'Wockism' named after himself and the stuff he was telling us was just funny as, made no sense :P So we just went to the sports barber I did not get a haircut, but I ended up getting a Queensland Snapback :) I Love my snapbacks it will be fun when we can where them together and just mess around and have fun!!! I'm also going to eventually get a Queensland Hoody they are both like a burgundy colour. I just look more forward to growing out my hair again haha!! Then after the sport barber, we went to the island shop, and then we went and got pizza and had brownies and smashed lunch, just went hard!!!!!

Surprise Baptism!

So Yes I had a surprise Baptism :) I baptized someone again 2 in a week hahahha!!! It was soooo incredible, please show Joe the pictures of me, in the white :) So i was going to tell you about this girl we had been teaching called Ally, but I was going to tell you next email, this reason being is because she is going back to Malayasia to Kulua Lumpur and we has been teaching her, I committed her to baptism about 1 month ago and she said not right now but that one day she would get baptized. So then we were teaching her on Thursday and she said next Friday I'm going back to Malayasia, and I said well you know you still have time to get baptized before you go back, we have taught you everything now, and I know that your ready, she then said I know I'm ready I want to get baptized, we discussed about her being baptized before she goes back and she said she would think about it so on Friday, we got a call from her Boyfriend saying she had made her decision and she wanted to get baptized, so we went to see her later that day and said, do you want to be baptized tomorrow on Saturday and confirmed a member on Sunday? she said Yes let's do it :) So then we had less then 1 day to prepare a baptism hahaha! It was so hectic and crazy, but a wonderful service and I was so grateful she chose me to Baptize her :) It was awesome her proper name is not Ally, it is actually Xingern Wong, :) It was soooo wonderful :) So also we have no car for a week and have to bike everywhere and it is a disgustingly long bike ride to the top of our area hahah it takes at least 1 hour at a pretty constant pace hahah!! So it's going to be fun this week haahha, It's ok, I don't mind cycling actually, I kind of enjoy it! Joe will love his mission and we are seeing so many blessings here!!!! Chelsie's Bestfriend Neve is getting baptized in 2 weeks :)

Month of March!

So i can't believe that March is here already!!!!!!! and It has been a great start already as you know with me being able to Baptize Chelsie!!!! I was so nervous leading up to it, but then as soon as I walked down to the steps into the water in my whites, everything felt right and all of my nerves left me!!! FELT AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! It was the coolest experience, I have been so blessed to have Found, Taught and Baptized Chelsie :) and Chelsie's friend is getting baptized her name is Neve, she passed the interviews and all, but just felt she was not ready at the time, but she is now getting baptized on the 29th of March, so that will be super exciting and all and also we have another baptism meant for that day as well so 2 for the end of this month with Baker a 9 year boy we have been teaching :) and the work has been going sooo well like crazily good, we have been having a lot of success, we always have at least 3 people minimum come to sacrament meeting every week, and another one of our investigators came also and also We have been working with an Inactive called Ezra he is 23 and has not been to church in just over 9 years and for the first time in that time, we got him to church :) It was the most wonderful thing to see him there, where he belongs :) and it helps as he loves us, we love seeing him and re-teaching him everything :)
So March is such an exciting month, as My 300 day mark is coming up and also double digits, 10 months and my 20th and then my 2 year mark since I got Baptized and joined the church, then Mothers Sunday is coming up at the end of this month, for the UK that is.  That is super exciting that Danny got into both BYU's I Knew he would and I was thinking about him and when he was actually going to find out so I really appreciate that Thank you for telling me :) made me think of the weirdest food that I have tasted, such as rattlesnake, Ostrich, Shark, Buffalo, Frog Legs, Kangaroo ;), Alligator etc :P I'm surprised I have eaten all of that, I'm going to try Camel soon ;)  So It was also awesome, as we were knocking on this one door and this elderly English Lady came to the door and I explained I was from England we had a little chat and left her with a pamphlet with our name and number and said if she needed anything for us to call, well we got a voice mail the other day from her saying I met 'Two Lovely young Gentlemen, the other day, and I would love to come to church' so we are going to see her tomorrow and we have already sorted a ride out for her, to come to church, so hopefully she will still be able to come :)
